Goetz continued his career as a partner of private equity firm Permira where among other things he was responsible for the media sector and led a number of transactions including SBS Broadcasting Sarl and Prosiebensat.1 media AC. He was a member of the supervisory board of MDAX listed Prosiebensat. Media AG from 2007 to 2014 and served more than 4 years as chairman of the board. Since the beginning of 2014 he is active as an Independent investor and member of various boards. He has a Diploma in Kaufman from the University of Colonge and holds a MBA from Leonard N.stern School of Business, New York University..
